• Construction site setup & temporary supplies:

We provide 110V site transformers and lighting to ensure compliance with construction site health & safety requirements.  We also provide temporary distribution boards, power supplies for site offices, welfare areas & canteens

• Electrical distribution:

We provide full installation of sub-main cabling distribution networks, panel boards and distribution boards, including sub-metering where required.

• Containment:

We provide cable containment systems consisting of basket, cable tray, conduit, and everything else within this category to allow cabling to be installed in a correct and compliant manner.

• Lighting:

We work with numerous lighting manufacturers worldwide to provide cost effective solutions to lighting requirements, from mass produced typical lighting to bespoke, one-off light fittings, each with various dimming and control options, depending on requirements.

• Furniture / display lighting:

We work with numerous manufacturers to provide cost effective solutions to illuminate your sales and promotional items, whether external brand signage, internal sales counters, integrated display shelving illumination or light boxes, we can offer a solution.

• Lighting controls:

We can offer various options of lighting controls, including automated switching upon occupancy of areas, bulk switching via contactor controls, mains dimming, DALI, 1-10V, DMX & daylight harvesting (automatic dimming where required light levels are achieved through natural light).

• Emergency Lighting:

We provide full installation of emergency lighting, whether standalone emergency fittings or combined lighting / emergency light fittings, along with directional exit signage, in accordance with BS 5266-1: 2016 & BS 5499-1.  We also install test switch facilities and provide staff training & log books to ensure your company operates in a compliant manner.

• Small power:

We provide full installation of small power supplies, ranging from linked socket outlets for general purpose to individual power supplies for specific items of equipment such as roller shutters, catering equipment or IT services.  We work with a range of manufacturers to offer special finishes to suit the client requirements, or specific functionality to suit manufacturer / equipment requirements.

• HVAC power supplies:

We provide full installation of power supplies to support the HVAC discipline, including supplies to outdoor air conditioning plant, heat recovery units, indoor fan coil units, water pumps, waste pumps & water heaters.  We work with a range of manufacturers to offer specific functionality to suit manufacturer / equipment requirements.

Using dedicated software for the design and commissioning of fire alarm systems, we are manufacturer trained on a wide range of products and can provide a turnkey solution to both new and existing installations.

We provide the design, installation & maintenance of the following systems:

• Access control:

We are Paxton and HIKVision approved contractors, and provide access control, video entry and audio / video intercom systems from these manufacturers.

Our access control solutions can be cost effective standalone systems, or full-featured networked systems with specific user access levels, which also provides computer / software integration and logs specific user access/egress dates and times to specific areas.

• CCTV:

We are HIKVIsion approved contractors, and provide bespoke solutions tailored to your requirements which include providing internal or external CCTV coverage, with the option of remote monitoring functionality (for client viewing and activity notifications when not on site).

• Intruder alarms:

We are Texecom approved installers and provide wired or wireless intruder alarm solutions, with remote monitoring and notification functionality.

We provide turnkey solutions from point to point, including supplying, installing and commissioning IT equipment where required.  Using Excel products, this provides a 25 year warranty on our installation though our supplier partnership.  Please see list of services we offer below on a supply only, supply and/or installation basis:
